The cultural heritage of a india is a spectacular memorandum of its glorious past. It is that precious inheritance which should be preserved to be passed on from generations to generations.
भारत की सांस्कृतिक विरासत अपने गौरवशाली अतीत का एक शानदार ज्ञापन है। यह वह बहुमूल्य विरासत है जिसे पीढ़ियों से पीढ़ियों तक पारित किया जाना चाहिए।

 At present, 137 nations are a part of this resolution and India is one of them. There are 32 such properties in the country which have been touted as the World Heritage Sites by the UNESCO. Out of them 25 are cultural heritages while 7 are the natural ones.
वर्तमान में, 137 देशों में इस संकल्प का एक हिस्सा हैं और भारत उनमें से एक है। देश में ऐसी 32 ऐसी संपत्तियां हैं जिन्हें यूनेस्को द्वारा विश्व धरोहर स्थलों के रूप में बताया गया है। उनमें से 25 सांस्कृतिक विरासत हैं जबकि 7 प्राकृतिक हैं।

 So today, I am going to write about ten such places, which I think, deserve to be the best ones

1. Taj Mahal

One of the Seven Wonders of the World, Taj Mahal is indeed, the most important world heritage site in India. The spellbinding magnificence of this monument needs no explanation.
दुनिया के सात आश्चर्यों में से एक, ताजमहल वास्तव में, भारत में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण विश्व धरोहर स्थल है। इस स्मारक की वर्तनी की भव्यता के लिए कोई स्पष्टीकरण की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

 3 Sun Temple

It is in Odisha and it is also known as Black Pagoda, the Sun Temple is not only a remarkable architecture, it is one of the most important temples of the South. It is related to the 13th century and the unique shape of a huge chariot increases its importance as a heritage site.

Spread over an area of 12 acres, the Mahabodhi Temple complex is a pilgrimage site of the Buddhists. Lord Buddha attained enlightenment at this very place and thus, it is exceptionally important for the Buddhist religion.
